With the warm fall weather, and scads of tourists away for the season, New York City is the best place to be. What’s more, there are lots of festivals, where you can get your shop and your grub on, and other seasonal family activities to enjoy, like apple and pumpkin picking to Halloween spooks and the New York City Marathon. Here’s Red Tricycle’s list of the top 50 fall festivities your fam should add to the calendar.

1. For a classic Halloween treat, pick up some pumpkins at a farm from near you.
2. Become the ringmaster of Little Orchestra Society’s Circus Parade and conduct the crowd.
3. Dance the tarantella at the Columbus Day parade.
